COVID-19  Emergency  Hospitals Project Gallery In March, Homer Bryson, Director of the Georgia Emergency Management Agency (GEMA), indicated the state might establish mobile modular units that could be built alongside hospitals. By April, that consideration had turned to action and Atlanta-based BMarko Structures was selected to design, fabricate and deliver emergency modular hospital units to two different Georgia hospitals in the span of one month.
