About Jim Tilghman

Jim Tilghman, an Atlanta native, gained his passion for carpentry and construction at a very early age from his grandfather. Helping others and “doing a good deed each day” was taught to him as he earned his Eagle Scout Award.

After receiving his BS in Construction from Southern Tech in Marietta, GA and working as a commercial construction Project Superintendent across the country, he returned to his roots in Atlanta. In 1998 he started remodeling single family homes in the metro Atlanta area.

With over 30 years construction experience, he has helped numerous people make their home remodeling dreams a reality. In his free time, this Army Combat Veteran enjoys camping, boating, and just about anything outdoors with his wife, Karen, three children and two grandchildren.
